Oriental Motor Introduces new BLV Brushless Motor

High power motor and driver package offers DC power input with space saving benefits.

Oriental Motor USA is pleased to announce the introduction of our BLV Series, a DC input, high power brushless motor and driver system with connection cable. The BLV Series is available with either a 200 watt (1/4 hp) or 400 watt (1/2 hp) motor, in round shaft, parallel gear or our new 104 mm (4.09 in) flat hollow shaft (FR) gear with a speed range of 100 ~ 4,000 r/min. 

The BLV Series is the first Oriental Motor brushless motor and driver system to offer a DC input above 100 watts and is available with an electronic brake for holding during standstill or gravitational operations. The BLV Series is also equipped to facilitate a battery power input. Operations are handled through an I/O control system or RS-485 communications. Functions can be expanded with use of the OPX-2A controller allowing for improved speed regulation, programming and various display functions.
